I used to really like this company and I’m sad say not anymore!!! I called today and talked to one of the insurance ladies and explained my situation of getting laid off from my job but have a new one and don’t get paid until next week. My insurance is being canceled on the 2nd and the lady was very cold towards me and talk to me like I was a little kid basically scolding me and how I’m probably not going to be able to renew my insurance or get any new insurance with this company even though they have 50 insurance companies they work with??? She acted like she didn’t want any of my business and told me that I was pretty much a bad customer because I was late on some insurance payments. I proceeded to tell her that this last year has been very tuff and I apologized!! Anyway I didn’t appreciate the way I was treated!!!! I’m 40 years old and don’t need to be talked to like a little kid, but that’s OK I found another insurance company that is going to work with me and treated me with kindness!!
Customer service is excellent! Recently dealt with Gebhardt and Jodi S, and two national insurance chains w/ local agents while shopping for a homeowners policy in AZ. The national chains were like pulling teeth - literally had to try to drag them to the finish line for a homeowners policy, and that's as a current customer with an auto policy in place with the company who claims to be "like a good neighbor". Finally gave up on the "good neighbor" who wasn't there and went with Gebhardt, who has been incredibly responsive throughout my cross shopping the policy.
Hi Gebhardt!I use an alias online because the internet gives me the willies!!!I HATE thinking about insurance much less dealing with it and paying for it!!! Samantha and Andrea are AWESOME. Not only do they take care of our home and auto but our General Liability for our business. They even field all the questions and requirements to the organizations or 3rd parties that require proof of insurance. Thank goodness! We've got a business to run and I am usually too distracted to stop what I'm doing to round up declaration pages for those that request it. Also, they helped my elderly parents with their auto and homeowner's policies and I know that took immense patience!!!! Outstanding service, pleasant and professional staff for an intangible product we all dread purchasing.
